after one week usage cooling is good..good product..bust buy.
don't get install from Flipkart (jeevas),they charged for ?1800..
get installation from Hitachi (via toll-free),they charged ?499..

Installation not upto mark by some agency hired by flipkart that too when it is a paid installation by customer. Better to call hitachi guys after product purchase may be they will be more professional and not try to adjust alignment of AC by hitting it from below after hanging it on wall. Product is just ok as plastic body is not completely sound free. Had called Hitachi technician to know whether product is defective but they said this much sound is normal due to new plastic body though that does not sound nice from perspective of product quality. High energy rating is the only saving grace to justify this product purchase.
Voltas AC bought last year performing more quietly than this one.

pathetic ac with pathetic services
I got it installed from Hitachi by calling their customer care.
Hitachi charged 499 for the installation whereas Jeeves from.Flipkart was charging 1599 for the same.
On the day when the ac was installed it worked for 3-4 hours. Next day for 10 mins. next to next day 2 mins. ac stops working after 2 mins hence there is no cooling. Even on the day 1 there was no cooling even after running for an hour.
Now flipkart is not accepting/replacing the product since I got it installed from the brand rather than flipkart.On which they would have earned a fee.
Makes decent noise , not so much. now I am stuck with an ac which doesn't even work for 2 mins.
Outer unit gas leak

Worst product. I got it installed from flipkart authorized installation partner Jeeves. They charged me rs 6000(including installation charges, outer stand and pipes). After installation there was a gas leak from outer unit. Now it is been 15 days since I have put a complain and there is no response from jeeves. I complained it to hitachi and they said installation company is responsible for it.

Bought it at a price of 32240 along with a cashback of 125 from phonepe. As the reviews of installation by jeeves was not very good. I cancelled the installation which was paid worth 1600. Instead i called HITACHI directly to arrange for installation. The guy from HITACHI installed the AC very well. They also gave free installation. Only the cost of materials was charged to me around 450. which was much more compared to the market price of those materials. Finally, the AC is really good. Satisfied after 5 days of use.

I bought it from Flipkart during the sale period and got it for 30,499 with no cost EMI. My experience after a week of use is good enough. Most suitable for rooms upto 10'X10'. Unlike mentioned in some of the reviews, the AC doesn't make any noise and is super silent while chilling. Look wise too it's good. One drawback that exists in most of the split ACs is that they do not have a display panel on the unit, and only on the remote. Same with this one, you just cannot check the temperature just by looking at the AC. Regarding installation, the Jeeves agency hired by Flipkart for installation asked for Rs. 1600. I, however called and checked with Hitachi guys and they installed the product for free. So guys, gi for Hitachi installation as it's way better and cheaper than Jeeves. Recommended buy.
