The Ac is very good, and Flipkart installation service is cheat specialist. They tried to sell me A/C bracket for 750 which costs 450 in the open market. But yes the AC is superb actually, loving it to the fullest.

I had raised installation request with Hitachi 24*7 Service center on 23-May-17 and even after 4 days the installation did not happen. It's such a pathetic service from Hitachi Hyderabad service center and I'm highly dissatisfied with the overall experience.Amazon has delivered the product at amazing speed which was unbelievable but experience with Hitachi was highly dis-satisfactory.Though I'm a very happy customer for Amazon, but I have no other option to return the product due to pathetic service from Hitachi service center, Hyderabad.I had reached out to Amazon customer service also to escalate on extremely poor service from Hitachi but still no traction on installation.Though Hitachi publicizes 24*7 service but by 5 pm itself people at Hyderabad service center called off the day and will send the technician only the next day!!!With such a poor service while installation, I can imagine the level of service during warranty period.Even after calling 24*7 customer care, no response till now and I'm sure I'll get a response only after 24 hours if I'm lucky enough as it seems customer is the last priority for Hitachi after selling their product.

Pros:- AC is ok when it come to cooling.- It has heating feature also which can be useful if you stay somewhere where it gets too cold in winters.- Noise level very lessCons:- Poorest of the poor service from Hitachi, shame on them- Go for newer model if you can, for me the newer model was not deliverable in my area
